The majority of our funds have been invested in real energy infrastructure, mostly solar farms, through ReFi Hub.

• Assets that generate and sell electricity. That is where the ~14% and the 400+ MWh come from.

Case study: a loan the Tribe voted for

The Community Fund lent up to $300K to ReFi Hub at 5% interest, approved by community votes in 2024 and 2025. It replaced an outside lender so the interest now flows back to the community, and it funds ReFi Hub's next phase.

Result: this is the fund lending to a company the same team runs, which is exactly why it went to a vote. The plan is full repayment once the business can support it, and in worst case the fund carries the loss.
